Building relationships is a super power. No matter what is happening in the world of technology and business, it all revolves around managing people. This will continue to be true into the future until we are surpassed by computer intelligence.

Even then it will probably be important.

Building emotional intelligence should be the focus of every early career individual as the benefits are compounding. Nothing worth doing is done alone, so inevitably we will need to manage and deal with people.

Get good at it.

There are tools and tricks, but ultimately it comes down to how you present and conduct yourself in the world. It all boils down to the simple quote,
